Modeling of Self-Similarity Traffic Source and Simulation

چکیده
Recent traffic measurement studies suggest that self-similarity observed in network traffic, and give some results by domestrating and simulating of TCP traffic in network. In this paper, we use network simulator to model aggregating general ON/OFF data source combinations of heavy tailed , establish the simulation based on UDP traffic. After analysis of result, we show self-similarity can be appear in UDP traffics as in TCP traffics.
